Rates

Thanks for considering Oakwood.

We offer modern, indoor lodging for up to fifty (based on double or triple occupancy), three good meals a day, a large meeting room and several smaller meeting rooms.

Events can be customized to suit the purpose and availability of the parties involved and this may affect the rates.  The 2012 rate is $87.50/person/night.

We are able to work with most special diets given adequate notice.

Our dining hall and main practice room are accessible by wheelchair ramp.

The “Standard Weekend Package” begins Friday with dinner, overnight lodging, three meals Saturday, overnight lodging, Sunday breakfast and lunch, concluding thereafter.  The cost is $175/person based on double or triple occupancy.  Private rooms, subject to availability, are an additional $10/night. 

If you’d rather do a brunch than a breakfast and lunch on Sunday, we can reduce it to $163/person.

If you’d care to suggest possible dates, we can see what is possible.  To secure event dates, we require a $500 deposit and a signed written agreement.
