Retreat Menus
Standard Menu:
Breakfast: Yogurt and granola, hot whole grain cereal, fresh baked breads, fruit, nut butters, home-made jams, condiments.
Lunch: Fresh garden salads, home-made soups, fresh baked breads, salads, dips and spreads.
Dinner: Our dinners consist of a protein, a starch, and a vegetable. Fresh garden salads and fresh baked bread accompany the meal along with a home-made dessert.
Menu options:
Organic: This option has an extra charge. 
Vegetarian
Vegan: No animal proteins will be used in the food preparation.
